All of our events are hosted on Zoom. Prior to the event, we’ll send you the invite-only Zoom link to join the live discussion.

There’s no need to log in! Simply join the event and our team will open the waiting room at the event start time (typically 12pm local).

Yes! We’re happy to send your team members a link to the RSVP form if you refer them. 

On each event website, we specify the audience in the “About the Program” section. You’ll be networking with and hearing from fellow thought leaders in your industry who are facing similar challenges and asking comparable questions in their day-to-day work.

We strive to create an engaging, interactive experience at our virtual events. For that reason, our events are invite-only and typically limited to a certain number of attendees. If you’d like to attend, please fill out the RSVP form on our event website, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

No! All of our events are completely free, and final attendees and speakers will receive a $30 Hoppier meal code after the event as a thank you for coming.

After the event, all final attendees will receive a link to access their $30 Hoppier gift card. Once you log in to Hoppier, you’ll have the option to order lunch from your choice of food delivery app or local restaurant.

By attending one of our events, you consent to being recorded. Please note that we do kindly ask attendees to turn their camera and microphone on during the breakout rooms and live Q&A to interact with fellow attendees and panelists, though this is not required!

For some events, we host 2-3 sessions on different dates with distinct panels and the same content. If there are no times/dates that work for you, we’re happy to recommend other upcoming events or have you opt-in to our network to receive invites in the future.

HYBRID

In-person attendees will experience a high-end venue such as a private room in an upscale restaurant. Venue details can be found on the specific event website. Virtual attendees will join on Zoom via an invite-only link we’ll send prior to the event for you to join the live discussion.

We’re committed to putting safety first at all of our in-person events. Please note that all in-person speakers and attendees are required to be fully vaccinated two weeks prior to the event date or provide proof of a negative COVID test within 72 hours prior to the event. Unless otherwise specified, we’ll be serving a three-course lunch, at no cost to you, during the event. Vegetarian options are available.
