COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION
Business Development Institute LLC will follow the CDC and state laws and guidelines to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19 while hosting in-person events.
Due to COVID-19 being extremely contagious and known to spread mainly from person-to-person, BDI has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, BDI can not guarantee that its participants, sponsors, partners, employees, and others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.
During the ongoing spread of COVID-19, all individuals who fall within any of the categories below should not attend BDI in-person events.
- Any individual who currently or within the past fourteen (14) days experiences any symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include, but not limited to a fever, cough, shortness of breath, and loss of taste/smell.
- Individuals who have traveled within the past fourteen (14) days internationally or to a community in the U.S. that has experienced an outbreak of COVID-19.
- Individuals who believe that they may have been exposed to someone that has a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or the health care team associated with their care.
DUTY TO SELF-MONITOR:
All participants, sponsors, partners, employees, and others attending in a BDI in-person event agree to self monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (which include, but not limited to a fever, cough, shortness of breath, and loss of taste/smell) and notify BDI prior to the event as well as within 14 days after participating in a BDI in-person event if signs and symptoms are present.
