About the Program

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on HR and people operations strategies. Prior to the pandemic, more than 25% of adults worldwide reported a mismatch between their current skills and the qualifications required for the job. The stronger emphasis on technology that the new remote work and digitally focused environment requires has significantly increased that number. As a result, business leaders are rightfully concerned that a lack of key skills among their employee workforce is hindering their organization’s ability to innovate, therefore impacting business performance. Furthermore, changes to remote work policies, digital acceleration, and a stifled economy have established the need for greater workforce agility so that people, product, and company strategies can readily adapt to an ever changing environment.
