Brenna will share a behind the scenes perspective including key takeaways and lessons learned. Joanna will break down the specific compliance issues Pharma needs to consider when using social media as part of integrated marketing and communications campaigns. She will also address the impact of ACA including record retention requirements as well as HIPAA specific concerns including privacy, employee oversight and breach notification.
