ABOUT THE CONTENT
Our panel and interactive discussion will include the following topics:
[push h=5]
The Future of Customer Experience. Access to data – particularly customer data – is critical for companies looking to transform customer experience. This is why organizations are driving initiatives to create a single customer view using APIs. This allows the business to shift their thinking from “what data do I have” to “what can I do with it.”
[push h=5]
Internet of Things (IoT) – While the media focuses on smart consumer products, large organizations are embracing IoT where sensor data and analytical algorithms allows companies to better understand and serve customers, streamline business processes, increase productivity, and develop leading-edge products.
[push h=5]
AI, Deep Learning & Predictive Analytics – CIOs are exploring how to use AI to improve decision making and customer experiences. Innovators are using API’s to create real-time, flexible and actionable customer view. Enterprises are embracing very specific opportunities consisting of narrowly focused machine-learning solutions that target a particular task. Leaders are experimenting with cognitive services that use deep learning algorithms to deliver insights from massive amounts of structured, semi-structured and unstructured data.
