Engaging Customers with Humanity at Scale is an invitation-only, video-based virtual event limited to 25 marketing, product, and tech leaders from mid-market organizations across the United States, who will convene with three goals in mind:
The consumer has changed. Spending has shifted while the branding noise has increased. Consumers are holding brands to increasingly higher standards, expecting each to connect with them personally to deliver emotionally meaningful, individualized customer experiences. In our fast-paced, digital age, one-size-fit-all marketing is no longer effective. Brands must instead rely on real time data to connect in an organic way at each point in the customer lifecycle with empathy, demonstrating they know how to be there for their consumers as their world continues to change.
To build a successful customer engagement strategy, brands must not only take advantage of the insights offered and connection facilitated by technology, but must be sure to develop messaging that truly resonates with their customers.
