Distribution is now at the forefront of transformation across financial services. The disruptive market landscape brought on by digitization, industry consolidation and specialization, an uncertain yet more complex regulatory environment alongside increased market volatility is reshaping the financial services landscape. To be successful, financial services firms must be able to operate seamlessly and dynamically across functions. Leaders need to collaborate with informed decision making in a “one-number” environment.
