About the Content

The Financial Services industry has been in transition for some time, driven by omni-channel engagement, disruptive market entrants and new regulation, but in 2021 the industry finds itself at another inflection point. While many institutions have focused, understandably, on operational resilience and lowering costs, some are now taking the opportunity to accelerate technology adoption, in part to “catch up” with competitors who had previously advanced their transformational efforts, but also to achieve the agility required for a future business model built on digital engagement. The widening gap between the groups that have been leaders in transformation and those that have not represents a “digital divide,” and those that find themselves on the wrong side run the risk of falling further behind.

For IT leaders in Financial Services, the learnings of 2020 have underlined the need for future architectures built on agile and scalable technologies such as SaaS, multi-cloud, and software-defined and secure edge networking solutions to support their hybrid workforce. Performance is key to remaining competitive, and with a growing set of 3rd party dependencies, organizations cannot afford global blind spots that threaten user experience. Only with the right building blocks can institutions hope to deliver the multi-channel digital customer experience needed to thrive in the new reality for Financial Services.

Join us to hear how industry leaders are working to shift their organization’s mindset from reactive mode to one that builds for the new future.
