ABOUT THE CONTENT
The shift to a more human and holistic approach to HR is undoubtedly top of mind for the modern workforce. Team leaders are moving towards more frequent and casual check ins which ultimately fosters a culture of understanding. Understanding leads to inclusion, inclusion leads to collaboration, and collaboration leads to higher productivity and work quality. Our industry panel will discuss lessons learned, experiences and recommendations in an informal fashion without recordings, press, or social media hampering our exchange of knowledge.
[push h=5]
We’ll examine:

  • Best practices for building a Feedback Culture through continuous performance management
  • The rise of emotional intimacy in the workplace: the need for connection, a sense of affinity, belonging, purpose, and feeling proud
  • How empathy is the driving factor in connecting the workplace
  • HR’s 2018 mandate: creating a collaborative culture
