What Is MarketingWorks?

MarketingWorks is an exclusive and interactive two-hour lunch event featuring an expert panel and open room discussion.

Our objective is to bring together a select group of senior marketers to share insights and personal experiences with one another, and create a rich networking experience for all. This is an invite-only event for marketing operations leaders from local enterprises in the greater Seattle area.

About the Content

In marketing, work is becoming more complex and digitized, while workloads are heavier than ever. OKRs, KPIs, and other acronyms give us a goal to strive for, but in achieving these objectives, we may still struggle with the day-to-day work of collaboration, or execution of campaigns, or being able to quickly pivot to meet the needs of the market, all through an increasingly distributed workforce. As your team works harder to make sure the entire marketing department runs smoothly, stays aligned, and has what they need to be successful, evaluating the way you’re getting work done is a critical success factor that is too often ignored. Forward-thinking leaders are taking a radically different approach to work to meet the endless challenges that are reshaping the workplace.

Discussion Topics

  • How to be a transformational leader in the digital workplace

  • How to better foster an effective organization of the future
