There has been an ongoing trend in accelerated digital interaction, particularly driven by recent global challenges. As online, mobile, and digital interactions continue to rise, companies must determine how best to connect and build human experiences with their customers amidst digital noise. Customers continue to hold brands to increasingly higher standards as a result, expecting each to connect with them personally to deliver emotionally meaningful, individualized customer experiences. In our fast-paced, digital age, one-size-fit-all marketing is no longer effective. Brands must instead rely on real time data to connect in an organic way at each point in the customer lifecycle with empathy, demonstrating they know how to be there for their consumers through thick and thin.
