The financial industry has witnessed an accelerated move towards digital transformation. This acceleration has been fueled by homebound customers who are still actively browsing online. Now, fintech brands are racing to build out new products and features in order to scale and survive, while marketing and customer engagement teams learn to adjust to the dramatic shift in how buyers interact with financial brands.
