Identity Management for Healthcare is an invitation-only, video-based virtual event limited to 25 technology and security leaders from healthcare organizations across the United States who will convene with three goals in mind:
To enable proper care coordination and the delivery of health services, modern hospital systems rely on robust identities and linkages across a variety of complex user populations. In the best of times, regulatory changes and infrastructure demands add an additional layer of complexity to identity security. For many healthcare systems, the coronavirus pandemic became a catalyst for why identity matters in healthcare.
In this talk, we will discuss why having an identity governance program is an essential security tool for understanding: who requested access, what was being requested, if access was approved, and when.
