What is ITWorks?
IT Works is an invitation-only, video-based virtual event limited to a select group of senior information technology leaders who will share insights and personal experiences with one another, and create a rich networking experience for all. We will convene with three goals in mind:
- Learn from insightful conversations led by our moderated panel
- Participate in interactive breakout room video discussions
- Build meaningful new connections with a group of like-minded peers
About the Content
With the current environment of disruption and uncertainty, planning for and safeguarding business continuity demands a new level of prioritization. Short-term initiatives have recently taken precedence over long-term strategies in many organizations. Lasting support for unplanned and quickly executed shifts to working from home, as well as the reevaluation of rapidly necessitated changes to internal and external processes, must be addressed swiftly across entire enterprises.
Confronting these challenges, mitigating emergent risks, and breaking down silos to align key objectives—all with the restraint of limited resources—require teams to work more efficiently than ever. To achieve the levels of productivity necessary for business continuity, organizational leaders need to automate processes, centralize communications, resources and efforts, and define clear priorities with viable strategies to achieve them.
Discussion Topics
- How do we chart the future course of our organizations with so many uncertainties?
- What are the keys to leading teams and the wider enterprise through the changes required to ensure business continuity?
- How do we keep teams productive and on track to further essential business objectives?
- How do we define priorities when limited resources necessitate compromises?
- How can we connect distributed teams and coordinate their efforts?
- How do we plan for an unpredictable and rapidly changing market?
