About the Program

The Transformation of Retail & The Enterprise Network is an exclusive and interactive invitation-only virtual event featuring an expert panel and open room discussion. It will take place from 12:00 to 1:15 pm. The purpose of this event is to gather an invite-only group of 40 technology and business leaders from enterprise retailers in the greater New York City area to accomplish the following objectives:

  • To participate in a valuable networking experience
  • To learn actionable insights and strategies from our expert panel and interactive roundtable conversations
  • To enjoy a fine lunch
The format will feature an industry panel of senior leaders for an interactive discussion followed by a roundtable discussion to maximize peer-to-peer learning and networking.

About the Content

It’s no secret that ecommerce has changed retail and consumer behavior forever. Physical stores now provide unique in-store experiences instead of just products. The old mall is dead and multi-use real estate where people work, live, play and shop is the future. Consumers expect their loyalty to be paid back with seamless personalized services before, during and after purchases. Those who are innovating and have proficiency in data analytics are winning the cost reduction and brand differentiation wars. The future technology network will capture and process data at the edge while interconnecting with customers, suppliers and partners in real time.

We Will Explore These Topics:

  • What does the retail technology network of the future look like?
  • Why is proficiency in data analytics a requirement for success?
  • How are the leaders focusing on scale, innovation and analytics?
  • Why is a robust interconnection strategy between customers, suppliers and service providers essential?
  • What can be learned from exceptional customer experience case studies?
  • How are retailers embracing edge computing?
  • How do you provide an infrastructure to support omni channel sales and service?
  • Why is machine learning and AI game changers in retail?
