ABOUT THE CONTENT
Communication channels have changed. Customers of financial institutions’ expectations have been formed by their experiences with consumer leaders such as Amazon and Netflix. Firms need to embrace new communications channels while understanding their risks and compliance requirements. This requires capturing all relevant communications, identifying and managing risk while extracting valuable data, and responding to customer needs with personalized content on demand.
