Most leading brands use social media to engage their audience. They adopt the latest technology or tool to support their campaigns and product lines. However, when it comes to establishing a framework for moderating content, most are not doing it consistently well. Brand reputations are damaged, crises are not avoided or properly managed and customers often feel ignored or exploited. #HumanModeration in #SocialMedia – An Interactive Lunch for Agencies & Brands is invitation-only and limited to 35 digital marketing professionals from agency and brands in the Greater New York area.
