About the Program

Winning the Digital Transformation Networking Challenge is an invitation-only virtual event limited to 20 senior information technology and business leaders to convene with three goals:

  • To learn actionable insights and strategies
  • To walk away with valuable new connections from our unique networking opportunity
  • To enjoy a fine lunch

About the Content

For a growing number of enterprises, a migration to the cloud is not a simple matter of deploying an application or two onto Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or some other hosted service. It is now a multi-cloud strategy that is a key part of a digital transformation initiative aimed at modernizing business processes. 70% of applications have migrated to the cloud, yet most cloud apps suffer from monthly disruptions. Networks can’t keep pace with demand of the cloud, and most enterprises are years away from fully realizing the full benefits of the cloud. In addition, the explosion of IoT devices and mobility is redefining the network edge. Leading IT professionals are re-thinking traditional networking and security models, leading to both WAN transformation and Security transformation to support the secure connectivity required for digital transformation success.

We will focus on sharing lessons learned from how organizations implement a business-first SD-WAN including these topics:

  • Discuss lessons learned about WAN transformation to support and accelerate digital transformation

  • How are organizations keeping pace with data heavy technologies such as IoT, AI and Blockchain?

  • How has the paradigm shifted to business first networks vs. technology first infrastructure?

  • What are the new security challenges and corresponding new security approaches associated with supporting digital transformation with a modern WAN architecture?

  • What are the case studies of how companies are driving business outcomes such as new economies of scale, reframing cost structures, accelerating M&A strategies, and significantly improving customer experiences?

  • How do you partner with your organizational leadership to accelerate business objectives?

  • What are specific technology approaches such as business-driven SD-WAN?

  • Discuss the pros and cons of managing your SD-WAN yourself vs. outsourcing to a managed services provider
